Dear Exhibitors and Partners,

After extensive discussions with many of our valued exhibitors across the industry, it became clear that our originally proposed dates were falling too close to the Christmas period. Many businesses expressed concerns around staff availability, holiday plans, and uncertainty with stock levels during that time.
As this will be our very first Lifestyle & Adventure Show, it is incredibly important to us that the event works for everyone involved. We want to ensure we provide the best possible platform for exhibitors to showcase their products, engage with customers, and achieve strong results. Based on your feedback, we believe adjusting the timing is the right step.
At this stage, we are proposing new dates and waiting on final confirmation from the venue manager.
