Due to adverse weather forecasts, the Lifestyle & Adventure Show, originally scheduled for 16–18 October 2026, has been officially postponed.
Throughout the week leading up to the event, weather forecasts had consistently indicated significant rainfall during the bump-in period and event weekend.
As our venue is entirely grassed, we made the difficult decision to postpone the event to ensure the safety of our exhibitors, visitors and staff, while protecting the venue grounds and providing the best possible event experience.
🎉 AN EVEN BIGGER & BETTER EVENT IN JANUARY!
We are excited to officially confirm our new dates of 22–24 January 2027, making the Lifestyle & Adventure Show one of the first major outdoor lifestyle and adventure events in NSW for the new year!
The additional time gives us a fantastic opportunity to further expand our exhibitor lineup, strengthen our advertising and promotional campaigns, and deliver an even more exciting event showcasing:

🎟️ EXHIBITOR BOOKINGS & VISITOR TICKETS
We would like to THANK & REASSURE all our exhibitors, participants and visitors that all confirmed exhibitor stands, participant bookings and purchased visitor tickets will automatically transfer to 22–24 January 2027.
All existing bookings and tickets will remain valid for the new event dates, with no additional charges or need to rebook.
We sincerely appreciate everyone's understanding, flexibility and continued support.

This decision was not made lightly, particularly after the extensive planning and preparations already undertaken.
